This'll be my first time doing something like this, so bear with me. What grade would you give yourself, on a scale from one to a hundred?

That depends on a lot, doesn't it? I don't exactly know what your standards are here.
[ Since it's not like she's fighting people to turn into books or organizing them per section here... ]
Primarily on how well one does their assigned duties or helps out with other aspects of the store.
( so, you know, sort of basic things. angela'll take a seat beside her, albeit on the further side. )
It's nothing extraordinary. ( actually, it sounds a little useless, which she'll cut to before gebura has the chance to comment on it— ) I'm currently using this as a means to... talk to certain people again, but it would only be fair to give reviews to every employee rather than just those people.
( ...yeah, they probably would. in fact, they probably want to talk to her--but this is more for her than for them.

Eighty-five out of one hundred. While you do your assigned work well and I have absolutely no complaints about it, you provide an unfortunate distraction to certain members of our staff. Furthermore, I believe your presence can come off as rather intimidating to those unfamiliar with you. ( ... ) Which is to say, Gebura, it wouldn't kill you to smile once in a while.
[ Wow, it's that dependent on a response, huh? She's learning so much and Gebura pauses to take a healthier gulp of... mostly orange-flavored alcohol. ]
